What is the current estimated build time for custom controllers?
Due to the high demand for hand-built precision hardware, our current estimated build time is 8 to 10 weeks. This timeframe allows our technicians to ensure every modification meets our rigorous quality standards.
What is the difference between Smart Triggers and standard triggers?
Smart Triggers replace the standard membrane or potentiometer with a micro-switch, providing an instant 'click' feel similar to a mouse button. This eliminates the travel time of the trigger, allowing for faster response in competitive shooters.
Do you offer a warranty on modified controllers?
Yes, all Battle Beaver custom controllers come with a standard 120-day warranty covering craftsmanship and internal components. We also offer extended Boosted Warranty plans for additional peace of mind.
Can I send in my own controller for modifications?
Absolutely. We offer a 'Send-In' service where you can ship your existing controller to our facility to have specific modifications, such as rear buttons or thumbstick tension adjustments, installed by our pros.
What is Thumbstick Tension and how does it help?
Thumbstick Tension refers to the physical resistance felt when moving the stick. We offer increased tension levels to provide more control and precision, particularly helpful for long-range aiming in FPS titles.
Do you ship internationally?
