At Battle Beaver Customs, we strive for precision in every build, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-built controllers may be subject to a restocking fee due to their personalized nature.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unmodified condition and within the 30-day return window from the date of receipt.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team through our official Help Center to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package via a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled; once received, our technicians will inspect the unit and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
